Service \ Repair Policy

IQSS products are backed by each manufacturer's individual service and product support warranties.

• Defective products that need service or replacement require a RMA number from the manufacturer.
• IQSS is obligated to assist our customers with defective returns.

• IQSS requires a Return Authorization Number on the Package being returned.
• All returns are to be shipped freight prepaid by the customer.
